ORDER
This Criminal Revision Case has been filed, challenging the order passed in M.C.No.15 of 2024 dated 16.10.2024, on the file of the learned
Family Court, Sivagangai District.
2.Heard the learned counsels on either side and carefully perused the entire materials available on record.
3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that both the parties have appeared before this Court in person and a joint compromise memo has been filed by the petitioner in which, the parties had made it clear that the petitioner husband is willing to re-join with the first respondent wife and his two children, respondents 2 and 3.
4.Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of and the Joint Compromise Memo dated 21.07.2025, shall form part of this order. No Costs.
