2. The second respondent in these writ petitions has issued revised seniority list based upon TNPSC merit seniority. Challenging the same, the petitioners have preferred appeals before the first respondent on 06.12.2024 and 07.12.2024. Since their plea has not yet been considered, these writ petitions are filed.

3. Considering the above facts, the first respondent is directed to consider the appeal filed by the writ petitioners on 06.12.2024 and 07.12.2024, on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, these writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
