Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the Principal District Court, Srivilliputur to dispose the case in O.S.No.77 of 2018 within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Principal District Court, Srivilliputur at Virudhunagar to dispose the case in O.S.No.77 of 2018 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

The learned Counsel appearing for the revision petitioner would submit that the petitioner herein has filed the above suit in O.S.No.77 of 2018 on the file of the Principal District Court, Srivilliputur at Virudhunagar District for the relief of mandatory injunction and also seeking true and proper accounts from the defendants and others and the same is being adjourned for the past six years without any progress. He would further submit that the petitioner herein is a senior citizen and therefore, the said case may be disposed of within the time stipulated by this Court.

4. Having been taken into consideration of the material facts and circumstances, this Court is of the view that in the interest of justice, a 2/4

direction may be issued to the learned Principal District Judge, Srivilliputur at Virudhunagar District to dispose of the said suit in O.S.No.77 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Principal District Judge, Srivilliputur at Virudhunagar District, to dispose the said suit in O.S.No.77 of 2018, pending on his file within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on merits and in accordance with law.
