2. The petitioner's wife is missing since 19.09.2024. Based on the petitioner's complaint, Crime No.416 of 2024 has been registered by the second respondent.

3.We direct the second respondent to take earnest steps to trace her. The detenue had left the matrimonial home due to some quarrel. We are satisfied that this is not a case of illegal detention. However, we direct the second respondent to take earnest steps to trace the missing woman.
