The above petitions have been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 75 days in filing the review applications seeking review of the orders dated 14.06.2024 passed in W.P.(MD)Nos.22745 to 22749 of 2021.

2. In WMP(MD)No.1040 of 2025, despite receipt of notice, the respondents 2 to 4 failed to enter into appearance.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent(s) in WMP(MD)Nos.1037, 1038, 1039 and 1041 of 2025 would submit that since the petitioner has not assigned any valid reason, they are having serious objections to condone the delay.

Considering the facts and circumstances and taking note of the reasons assigned and also the quantum of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay.
