When the matter was taken up for hearing, the parties appeared before this Court for reporting compromise and the 1st respondent duly submitted that she received the entire cheque amount, i.e., an amount 1/3

of Rs.1,25,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Twenty Five Thousand only). A joint compromise memo has been filed to that effect. 2.Recording the same, these Criminal Revision Petitions are allowed and the order passed by the learned Principal Session Judge, Theni District, in Cr.M.P. No. 113 of 2024 in C.A. Unnumbered of 2024 dated 09.09.2024, is hereby set aside. There shall be no order as to costs.
