ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 2 to complete the enquiry on the basis of petitioner's representation, dated 16.11.2024.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has not participated in the enquiry, when he was called for by the respondents. Hence, the complaint given by the petitioner was closed.

3.In response, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on the date of enquiry, the 3rd respondent has not turned up for enquiry. But on his behalf, group of adovcates appeared before the police station. Only on fear, the petitioner could not appear for enquiry. 4.In view of the above, the 2nd respondent is directed to conduct enquiry only in the presence of the petitioner and the 3rd respondent and conclude the same in accordance with law within a 2/4

period of four weeks, from the date of appearance of parties. The 2nd respondent shall ensure that the enquiry should be conducted without the influence of other persons.

5.With the above direction the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
