Criminal Appeal is filed under Section 14(A)(2) of SC/ST (POA)Act, 2015 as amended by Act 1 of 2016, to call for the records relating to the order, dated 15/07/2024 made in CRL MP(MD)No.2503 of 2024 on the file of the learned II Additional District and Sessions Court(PRC), Tirunelveli, dated 15.07.2024 and set aside the same as illegal and enlarge the appellant on bail.

ORDER

This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.11661of 2024 in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.9773 of 2024 in Crl.A.(MD).No.605 of 2024 dated 29.10.2024 on the file of this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that as per the direction of this Court, the petitioners are complying with the Conditions imposed by this Court regularly and hence he prayed to relax the condition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly and the investigation has been completed and final report is filed and the same has not taken on file.

4.Considering the submissions made on either side, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed.
