Mr.K.Sanjai Gandhi, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent-Police on instructions submits that an enquiry has been conducted by the respondent-Police. During enquiry, it was revealed that the respondent-Police does not have jurisdiction to investigate the complaint. 2.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioner, as of now, has no apprehension of arrest at the hands of the respondent-Police.
