ORDER

This petition is filed to condone the delay of 230 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.

2.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and taking into consideration that the respondent has got no objection and also considering the long delay in filing, this Court is inclined to condone the delay 2/3

of 230 days, however, with costs.
