This writ petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to conduct an enquiry in proceedings in e.f.vz;.3806/E1/2021 and to dispose of the same on merits.

2. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry in proceedings in e.f.vz;. 3806/E1/2021 and dispose of the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
