O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second and third respondents to issue a patta in respect of the land in Old Survey No.177/4 and Re-Survey No.308/1, measuring an extent of 0.01.54 Ares, situated at Somanathamangalam Group, Kalayarkovil Village, Kalayarkovil Taluk, Sivagangai District, based on the petitioner's representations dated 13.10.2023 and 11.12.2024.

2. With the consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final hearing at the admission stage itself.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, though a larger prayer has been sought in this Writ Petition, it would suffice to Page No. 2 of 4

direct the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 11.12.2024 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

4. Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, a direction is issued to the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 11.12.2024, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
