O R D E R

The instant Writ Petition has been filed by a Secondary Grade Teacher appointed in the third respondent School, seeking a Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 herein to approve her appointment.

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, the petitioner was appointed as a Secondary Grade Teacher in the third respondent School on 04.06.2019. Though the Management has forwarded the proposal on 16.05.2024, after several re-submissions, so far orders have not been passed by any one of the respondents. Hence, the present writ petition.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 herein referring to the counter had contended that there are surplus Secondary Grade Teacher within the Corporate Management as administered by the third respondent School.

Considering the above said facts, the second respondent herein is directed to consider the proposal submitted by the Management, if the proposal already not returned and forward the same to the first respondent, in case, if arrives at a finding that there are no surplus Secondary Grade teachers within the Corporate Management in the academic year 2018-2019. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above said observation, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
