JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.) By consent of both the counsels, the writ appeal itself is taken up for final disposal.

The present Writ Appeal is directed against the order passed by the Writ Court dated 22.10.2024 made in W.P(MD)No.10292 of 2021. 3.

Though the appellant / writ petitioner has challenged the entire order of the Writ Court on several grounds, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant would submit that the appellant would be satisfied, if the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the his representation, instead of the 3rd respondent as ordered by the Writ Court.

In consideration of the request, the Writ Appeal stands disposed of with a direction to the appellant to forthwith make a representation to the 2nd respondent. On receipt of such representation, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the same on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the representation.
