ORDER

This civil revision petition has been filed seeking direction for the earlier disposal of the Execution Petition filed in E.P.No.1 of 2024 in G.W.O.P.No.149 of 2020, on the file of the Family Court, Thoothukudi 1/4

under Order 21 Rule 37 and 38 r/w Section 55 of CPC. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the matter was already referred to the Mediation Centre. But, there was no settlement between the parties. So it was returned back to the regular Court. Now, it is pending for enquiry.

3.Considering the fact that it is matrimonial issue between the parties the matter is pending for enquiry, it shall be disposed of by the execution Court at the earliest, preferably within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above said directions, this civil revision petition stands disposed of. No costs.
