This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 16.12.2024 and restore the C.M.P.(MD)No.10182 of 2022 in S.A.(MD) No.547 of 2019 on the file of this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side, and I have perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents has not raised any serious objection to this petition.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
