ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining of wilful disobedience of the order, dated 11.09.2024, in W.P(MD)No.9359 of 2021 by the respondents.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents that the Writ Appeal in W.A.(MD)No. 2639 of 2024 has been preferred as against the order passed in W.P.(MD)No. 9359 of 2021 and the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court was pleased to pass an order of interim stay on 02.01.2025.

3.In view of the same, this Contempt Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to reopen the same, if the aforesaid Writ Appeal is dismissed. 21.07.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes Mrn 2/4
