This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.156 of 2009 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Tiruchendur.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, and I have perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

4. Accordingly, the production of the certified copy of the judgment and decree in O.S.No.156 of 2009 is dispensed with for the 2/4
