ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner / Accused No.1, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 30.09.2024 for the offences under Sections 8(c) r/w Sections 20(b)(ii)(C), 29(1) and 25 of the NDPS Act in Crime No.204 of 2024, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks bail.
2. Earlier bail petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(md).No.20514 of 2024 by an order dated 10.12.2024 and this Court does not find any change in circumstances.
3. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and accordingly, this petition stands dismissed.
