This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to modify Condition No.1 in the order passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Dindigul in Crl.M.P.No.3383 of 2024 dated 17.12.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that this Court had directed the petitioner to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Singampunari daily at 10.30 a.m in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.21298 of 2024 on 05.12.2024. In view of the same, the petitioner is not able to comply with the condition that has been imposed by the Court below.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition No.1 imposed by the Court below in Crl.M.P.No.3383 of 2024 dated 17.12.2024 is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ottanchathiram, during every date of hearing without fail. 2/3
