ORDER

(Order of the court was delivered by G.R.Swaminathan, J.) Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner's son-in-law is undergoing ten years rigorous imprisonment in Central Prison, Madurai. The petitioner seeks ordinary leave for thirty days. It is stated that the petitioner's daughter / wife of the convict is suffering from mental bipolarity. Though the said reason does appeal to us, we are not inclined to show indulgence for the simple reason that the convict is having as many as 12 criminal cases to his credit. All of them are pending trial. Out of them, two have arisen under Section 302 IPC. Such a person may not be entitled to relief. We decline to grant relief.
