This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.528 of 2023 dated 08.07.2023 on the file of the first respondent police 1/4

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that based on the complaint given by the second respondent they registered case in Crime No.528 and 2023 and thereafter they conducted detailed investigation and final report as 'Action Dropped' and RCS notice also served to the defacto complainant/second respondent.

3. In view of the said submission of Government Advocate(Crl.side), that the case was closed as 'Action Dropped' and RCS notice also served to the defacto complainant nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition, hence the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
