Prayer in WMP(MD).No.113 of 2025. :- This Writ Miscellaneous Petition is filed unde Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to extend the outer time limit to comply with the directions of this Honble High Court order in WP (MD) No. 15702 of 2024 dated 12.07.2024 for a further period of 6 months in the interest of justice. Prayer in WP(MD).No.15702 of 2024. :- This Writ Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to call for the records relating to impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent vide Na.Ka.No.4928/2017/m/g/m dated 20.05.

2024 and quash the same and consequential direction to the respondents to disburse the General Provident Fund, Special Provident Fund, Encashment of Earned Leave Salary and Unearned leave salary and all other monetary benefits payable to the petitioner with interest at the rate of 10% from the date of retirement till the date of realization. ORDER:- This Writ Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.R.A.Ramachandran, Additional Goverment Pleader, Advocate for the Petitioners and of Mr.D.

O R D E R

This Petition has been filed before this Court under the caption "For extension of time" to grant 6 months time to comply the order passed in WP (MD) No. 15702 of 2024 dated 12.07.2024.

2. It is seen from the records, while disposing the present writ petition, this Court by an order dated 12.07.2024, directed the petitioners herein to disburse the General Provident Fund, Special Provident Fund, Encashment of Earned Leave Salary and Unearned Leave Salary to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of that order. However, the learned counsel for the petitioners sought time for a further time for a period of six months to dispose the said case.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the aforesaid order dated 12.07.2024. No further time shall be granted in this regard.
