ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 296(b), 115(2), 351(2) of BNS 2023 1/3

in Crime No. 372 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the First Information Report has been registered for the offences under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 351(2) of BNS 2023 and all the offences are bailable in nature and therefore, grant of anticipatory bail will not arise.

3. Recording the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
