ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus seeking a direction to the respondents to register the name of petitioner for the III Year 5th semester examination along with his 2022 batch mates and consequentially directing the respondents to permit the 2/5

petitioner to undergo the 5th semester regular classes, mid examinations and final practical examination.

2. Mr.A.Thirumoorthy, learned counsel takes notice for the respondents 1, 5 and 6.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1, 5 and 6 would submit that based on representation submitted by the writ petitioner, an order has been passed on 24.12.2024.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition. He also made an endorsement to this effect.

5. Permission is granted. This Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
