ORDER

The present petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to grant permission to conduct the demonstration at Theru Vazhi Vilakku, Muthukulathur to be held on 30.12.2024, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 20.12.2024.

2. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that they have not received any representation, dated 20.12.2024. Therefore, at this stage, it is appropriate to direct the petitioner to approach the respondents with fresh representation and the same has to be considered by the respondents in accordance with law. 2/4

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
