ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused No.1 who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 62, 191(2), 329(4), 296(b), 324(4), and 351(2) BNS, 2023 in Crime No. 262 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the First Information Report has been registered for the offences sections 62, 191(2), 329(4), 296(b), 324(4), and 351(2) BNS, 2023 and all the offences are bailable in nature and therefore, grant of anticipatory bail will not arise.

3. This Court perused the records. As per FIR, all the offences levelled against the petitioner are bailable in nature.
