PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. 628 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- A connected case came up for hearing yesterday and during the course of arguments, it was brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioners who have been arrayed as A7, A8 and A9 were granted anticipatory bail by this Court. It was also brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioners did not execute the bond and sureties and did not comply with the conditions imposed by this Court. In view of the same, this Court directed the matter to be posted today at 2.15 p.m.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he has to take instructions from the petitioners to verify as to whether the conditions have been complied with by the petitioners.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor confirmed the fact that these petitioners have not complied with the conditions till date. 2/4
4. In the considered view of this Court, it is not necessary for this Court to go into the above dispute. The order itself makes it clear that if the petitioners do not comply with the conditions within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, the anticipatory bail granted by this Court will stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court. Therefore, if the petitioners have not complied with the conditions, it is made clear that the anticipatory bail granted in their favour shall stand automatically dismissed. If they have complied with the conditions, they have to report before the respondent police every Saturday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m. as was directed by this Court.
