ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 319(2), 318 of BNS 2023 in Crime No not known of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) represented that no case has been registered against the petitioner and only petition enquiry is pending based on the complaint given by the defacto complaint and the respondent police will complete the enquiry as early as possible.

3. Recording the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this petition is dismissed.
