ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter was taken up for hearing today, Mr.R.Meenakshi Sundaram, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 05.02.2025 and the copy of the remand report was also placed before this Court.

2. In view of the above subsequent event, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
