ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent for the offences punishable under Sections498(A) of IPC on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents represented that this petitioners have not been arrayed as accused in this case and no enquiry is pending against them. He however, on instructions, submits that before the All Women Police Station, Theni, a case is pending against the petitioner.
