ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 309(6), 311 and 351(3) BNS (hereinafter referred to as new penal code) in Crime No.1220 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.This Court was not inclined to entertain the earlier anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner since this Court was not convinced on the merits of this Court. 3.This Court does not find any change in circumstances. Hence this criminal original petition is dismissed.
