Being aggrieved by the common order passed by the Additional District Judge - II, Thiruvananthapuram, this Arbitration Appeal has been filed under Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The appellant is the respondent in O.P(Arb) No.186/2013 and petitioner in O.P(Arb) No.199/2013 in the court of Additional District Judge -II, Thiruvananthapuram.

We heard the learned counsel for the parties. It is a common case and that the matter is now pending before the arbitrator. We do not find it necessary to go into the question and we leave it open to the parties to raise all the contentions before the arbitrator. The appeal is accordingly closed.
