ORDER
Petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.
2.Petitioner apprehends that he will be arrested by the Kerala Police on the allegation that he is involved in Crime No.263 of 2014 of Agripada Police Station, Mumbai which has been registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 465, 467, 468, 120 (B), read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.The learned Public Prosecutor submits that Kerala Police have no intention to arrest him.
4.Heard both sides.
5.The learned counsel submitted that a vehicle was taken into custody by Kerala Police at the request of the 3rd respondent/Sub Inspector of Police, Agripada Police
B.A.No. 16 of 2015 Station. The fact that still the petitioner was not arrested, shows that his apprehension is without any foundation.
