O R D E R
Petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C.
The petitioners are accused Nos.1, 2, 4 & 5 in crime No.863/2014 of Mannancherry Police Station, which has been registered for the offences under Sections 120 (b), 397 & 411 of IPC.

It is submitted that the petitioners have been in custody since 15.11.2014 and they may be released on bail. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that their further detention is not necessary for completion of the investigation.

Having regard to the fact that the petitioners have been in custody since 15.11.2014, I am inclined to grant their prayer.
In the result, this Bail Application is allowed with the following conditions:
1) The petitioners will be released on bail on their
B.A. No.29 of 2015 -2executing a bond for Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) each with two solvent sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned.
2) They shall appear before the Investigating Officer between 10.30 a.m. and 11 30. a.m. on every Friday for 6 months; or till the final report is filed, whichever is earlier.
3) They shall not influence the witnesses or intimidate them.
4) They shall not leave the jurisdiction of the Mannancherry Police Station except with the previous permission of the learned Magistrate concerned and thereafter of the trial court.
If they violate any of the conditions, the learned Magistrate is empowered to cancel the bail in accordance with the law.
