ORDER

Petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

2. According to the petitioner, he is apprehending arrest in connection with crime No.1121/2014 of the Ponnani Police Station, registered for the offence punishable under Section 354A of the I.P.C.

3. The offence being bailable, the application seeking anticipatory bail is not maintainable, and this Bail Application is dismissed. The petitioner may surrender before the court below and seek for regular bail.

With the said observations, this bail application is dismissed.
