O R D E R
Petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C.
The petitioner is the sole accused in crime No.808/2014 of Pariyaram Medical College Police Station, which has been registered for the offence under Section 376 of IPC.

It is submitted that the having regard to the fact that the petitioner has been in custody since 8.11.2014 he may be released on bail.

Heard.

The petitioner has been in custody since 8.11.2014, his further detention is not necessary for completion of the investigation.
In the result, this Bail Application is allowed with the following conditions:
1) The petitioner will be released on bail on his executing a bond for Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only)
B.A. No.44 of 2015 -2with two solvent sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned.
2) He shall appear before the Investigating Officer between 10.30 a.m. and 11 30. a.m. on every Tuesday for 3 months; or till the final report is filed, whichever is earlier.
3) He shall not influence the witnesses or intimidate them.
If he violates any of the conditions, the learned Magistrate is empowered to cancel the bail in accordance with the law.
