O R D E R
Petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C.
The petitioner is the second accused in crime No.212/2013 of Vandiperiyar Police Station, which has been registered for the offences under Sections 449 & 302 of IPC.

The allegation against the co-accused is that he poured petrol over two children aged 11 years and 17 years and set them on fire, who succumbed to their injuries. The allegation against the petitioner is that it was he who bought petrol to help the co-accused to commit the crime. 3.
Heard.

Having regard to the role attributed to the petitioner and the fact that he has been in custody since 05.11.2014, I am inclined to grant his prayer. In the result, this Bail Application is allowed with the following conditions:
B.A. No.47 of 2015 -21) The petitioner will be released on bail on his executing a bond for Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) with two solvent sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned. One of the sureties shall be from Kerala and the other shall shall be a close relative of the petitioner.
2) He shall appear before the Investigating Officer between 10.30 a.m. and 11 30. a.m. on every 1st and 3rd Saturdays for 3 months; or till the final report is filed, whichever, is earlier.
3) He shall not influence the witnesses or intimidate them.
If he violates any of the conditions, the learned Magistrate is empowered to cancel the bail in accordance with the law.
