O R D E R
Petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C.
The petitioner is the first accused in crime No.231/2014 of Pozhiyoor Police Station, which was originally registered for the offence under Section 174 Cr.P.C. Later, it was disclosed that it was a case of murder and the petitioner and the co-accused were arrested. 2.
The petitioner has been in custody since 15.11.2014. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his further detention is not necessary for effective investigation.

The co-accused has already been released on bail. The petitioner has been in custody since 15.11.2014. His further detention is not necessary for completion of the investigation.
In the result, this Bail Application is allowed with the
B.A. No.48 of 2015 -2following conditions:
1) The petitioner will be released on bail on his executing a bond for Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) with two solvent sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned.
2) He shall appear before the Investigating Officer between 10.30 a.m. and 11 30. a.m. on every Tuesday for 3 months; or till the final report is filed, whichever is earlier.
3) He shall not influence the witnesses or intimidate them.
If he violates any of the conditions, the learned Magistrate is empowered to cancel the bail in accordance with the law.
