O R D E R

Petitioner is the sole accused in Crime No.1029 of 2014 of Nadapuram Police Station registered for the offence under Section 9 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. He is alleged to have been sexually abused a 9 year old boy. He has been in custody since 17.12.2014.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel that the investigation is almost over and his further detention is not necessary for completion of the investigation.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The petitioner has been in custody since 17.12.2014. His marriage is scheduled to be held on 27.01.2015. His further detention is not required for effective investigation. So I am inclined to grant the prayer of the petitioner.

In the result, the application is allowed.

1. The petitioner shall be released on bail after interrogation on his executing a bond for Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand only) with two solvent sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the learned

B.A. No.71 of 2015 Magistrate concerned.

2. Petitioner shall appear before the investigating officer between 10.00 a.m. and 11.00 a.m. on every second Saturdays for four months, or till the final report is filed, whichever is earlier.

3. He shall not get himself involved in any other criminal case while he is on bail

4. He shall not threaten or attempt to influence the witnesses or intimidate them.

5. In case of violation of any of the conditions, the Special Court concerned is empowered to cancel the bail in accordance with the law.
