The petitioner is alleged to have committed the offences under Sections 420, 468, 471 of IPC. The prosecution case is that he forged registration certificate of a car and used it as genuine.

The petitioner does not dispute that the registration certificate involved in the case is a forged one. Prima facie, he has committed the offences alleged against him. It is necessary to ascertain the persons involved in the forgery and how it was forged. For this, detention of the petitioner is necessary. In the result, this application is dismissed. Sd/- K.
