According to the petitioner, he is apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.392/CR/EOW-1-KLM/10 of the CBCID Economic Offence Wing 1, Thiruvalla, Pathanamthitta.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor has reported that the investigation of this case is over and the Final Report has been filed in the matter before the Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court-I, Mavelikkara on 30.09.2014, by arraigning the petitioner as the 14th accused.

3. The petitioner can seek regular bail from the court below. In the event of filing an application seeking bail, the court below shall dispose of the bail application preferably on the same day itself and pass appropriate orders. With the said observations, this bail application is dismissed.
