Petition for anticipatory bail.

According to the petitioner, he is apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.316/2014 of Kadackal Police Station, Kollam district. The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, reported that the investigation is over and the Final Report has already been filed by the investigating officer before the court below. The petitioner can approach the court below with an application for regular bail, and in such case, the Court below shall pass appropriate orders, preferably on the same day itself, in accordance with law.

With the above said observations, this bail application is dismissed.
