ORDER

The grievance of the petitioner is that in spite of securing a bail order, he was asked to remain in custody without permitting him to execute the bond.

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that, as directed by this Court, the party has filed an affidavit. Now, the petitioner has no grievance against the Station House Officer.

In the result, the matter will stand closed.
