Petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

2. According to the petitioner, he is apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.677/2014 of the Sreekrishnapuram Police Station, Palakkad District. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.

4. The learned Public Prosecutor submits that no case has been registered against the petitioner so far and that the police have no intention at present to place the petitioner under arrest in connection with any non-bailable offences. Matters being so, the apprehension put forwarded by the petitioner cannot be said to be reasonable.

B.A. No.306 of 2015

5. In case, the Police want to arrest the petitioner in connection with any non bailable offence involved in this case, the petitioner shall be given an opportunity to approach this Court once again under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

With the said observation, this bail application is disposed of.
