Petitioner is the fourth accused in Crime No.OR 4/2014/NCB/SZ/COK of Narcotic Control Bureau, Cochin registered for the offences punishable under Sections 21C, 23, 28 and 29 read with Section 8(c) of the NDPS Act. 3.
This is a case wherein 1.440 Kgs. of heroin was seized from the possession of the first accused, when he had attempted to check-in for a flight to Kuwait on 18.12.2014. He was caught red handed and the investigation had revealed the involvement of A2 and A3 and the present petitioner in the case. The allegations against the petitioner is that it was he, who introduced A1, to A3.
B.A.396/2015 The petitioner was also arrested from the premises of International Airport, Cochin. He has been in custody for the period from 18.12.2014 onwards.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.
5. The allegations against the petitioner are very grave and serious. The contents of the CD, prima facie, reveal the complicity of the petitioner. This is a case wherein, commercial quantity of narcotic drug is involved. Considering the seriousness of the allegations against the petitioner, I am satisfied that he is not entitled to be enlarged on bail.
