~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.593/2014 of Areacode Police Station. 2.
The learned Public Prosecutor has pointed out that the actual accused in the crime has not been identified and, therefore, it cannot be possible to say at present whether the petitioner is accused or not. Matters being so, this petition seeking anticipatory bail cannot be entertained. In case the police wants to arrest the petitioner in connection with any non bailable offence in the crime, the petitioner shall be given an opportunity to approach this Court under Section 438 Cr.P.C.
With the said observations, this Bail Application is dismissed.
