According to the petitioner, he is apprehending arrest in connection with some non-bailable offences. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.

4. The learned Public Prosecutor submits that no case has been registered against the petitioner so far and that the Police have no intention at present to place the petitioner under arrest in connection with any non-bailable offences.

5. In case, the Police want to arrest the petitioner in connection with any non-bailable offence, involved in connection with the complaint allegedly prepared against the

B.A. No.468 of 2015 petitioner, he shall be given an opportunity to approach this Court once again under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

With the said observations, this Bail Application is disposed of accordingly.
