According to the petitioner, he is apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.427/2014 of the Ottapalam Police Station.

3. The learned Public Prosecutor has pointed out that the investigation is over and final report has already been filed in the case before the Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court, Ottapalam, which is presently pending as C.P.No.61/2014.

4. It is for the petitioner to surrender before the court below and seek regular bail. In such case, the court below shall dispose of the application for bail, if any filed, preferably on the date of filing itself, provided advance notice on such application has been
