Petitioner is the 5th accused in Crime No.153/2013 of Pooyappalli Police Station registered for the offences punishable under Sections 109, 323, 341, 363, 364A and 392 read with Section 34 IPC.

Earlier, the petitioner had approached this Court for anticipatory bail on four occasions through B.A.Nos.2600/2013, 1264/2014, 5869/2014 and 7018/2014. All the attempts failed. There is absolutely no change of circumstances. The present attempt is nothing but an abuse of the process of this Court. This is a case in which the petitioner as well as A5 and A6 are absconding. The
